Small-batch beans, roasted a mile from where you're sitting, poured by people who taste every change of season in the cup.
Our Story
Ember & Oak started as a single roaster in a garage and a promise: never serve a cup we wouldn't order ourselves. Today the same care goes into every pour — from the farms we buy direct, to the loaves that come out of our oven before sunrise.
Our mission is simple. Source honestly, roast in small batches, and give this city a room warm enough to linger in. Every signature drink on our menu started as a barista's afternoon experiment before it earned its place.
